The Councillor for Heritage, Rafael Almagro, has announced that RD 17/2020-Eighth Additional Provision has been published, meaning that the auction of plots that the City Council had launched before the In a state of alarm will now continue and interested companies will be able to apply for them until 20th May.
The first of these is located specifically in PAU-21, Colinas Golf Resort, and has an area of 38,539 m2 of land, of which 24,194 m2 are buildable, and has a starting price for the auction of 14.4 million euros. The second plot is located in the La Cuerda sector, with an area of 15,861 m2 and 7,726 m2 of buildable land. The starting price for this plot is 4.2 million euros. Finally, the third plot is the one corresponding to the El Garbanzuelo sector (PAU-9), which has 6,951 m2, with a buildable area of 3,659 m2 and a starting price of 1 million euros.
Councillor Almargo explained that the money collected from these sales cannot be used for current expenses, but must be invested again in real estate with a heritage nature.
