A traffic accident on the CV-95 in front of Torrevieja Hospital left two people injured and the road closed for hours, after a truck and a car collided and overturned at 6.45am on Saturday morning. Fire-fighters were called to the scene and had to cut the truck driver out of the cab.
The driver of the car was also been injured, but was able to get out of his vehicle. Both were treated at the nearby hospital.
