Friday night saw Local Police in Albatera break up a ‘botellon’ in which 13 youngster were found gathered on the street, drinking alcohol and not complying with the Covid safety measures.
The Local Police of the municipality in collaboration with the Civil Guard unit from Dolores, proceeded to identify and denounce all the members of the group for the above infractions.
The Albatera Local Police pointed out, through its social network Facebook page, what the current measures to combat the pandemic are, including meetings of no more than two people. They also reminded people the mask wearing is mandatory among other rules established by the health authorities.
“Why do we insist on not getting out of this situation? How exciting and fun is putting your own health and that of our relatives at risk?” The post read.
